One of our favorite holiday traditions is going to the zoo lights. Of course we always seem to go when the temperature is the coldest, but we always have a lot of fun.
I love seeing the big cats at night. They are so active. It's a little scary, but really cool to see them pacing back and forth.
(Yes, his hair has green in it - it was silly hair day at school so he did a faux hawk and we colored one side green and one side white.)
The kids loved the funhouse mirrors.
Only one person was brave enough to sit on Santa's lap.
Riding the hippos!
One of these kids is not like the other...
(One of them is crying for real. The others are making fun of her...)
A quick trip to the Carousel helps all tears disappear!
All smiles!
See you next year zoo lights!
