What would you do on a Friday evening if it was 16 degrees outside?
Visit Santa of course!
And where is Santa on a Friday evening before Christmas?
Of course he's at the zoo!
The zoo puts lights up all over(we didn't really go for Santa), so we decided to venture out in the cold to see them.
It was really, really, really cold.
We were grateful for the few buildings that were open so we could thaw before venturing out into the lights again.
As frigid as it was, it was really fun and something that we'll definitely do again.
No children were harmed or lost any fingers or toes due to frost-bite!
(The Little One was in the bottom seat of our stroller under about twenty layers and the stroller's weather shield.)
