Annoying Squirrel

If Saturday were a Walt Disney movie the story would be something like this:

Sammy the squirrel was sitting on the limb of a tree eating his nut for lunch when the scent of something delicious wafted towards him.  He sniffed the air and drunkenly followed the scent down the tree, up the stairs, across two window sills and onto the basketball hoop.  Sammy wouldn't be aware how crazy he was being and that he was walking along small spaces two stories above the ground.

While on the basketball hoop he/she would look into another window and see some delicious, hot cookies sitting on the counter cooling.  Ah!  Those delicious chocolate chip cookies were what was making the smell.  He/she had to have some.

So, cute Sammy would stop at nothing, tearing a hole in the screen, climbing through that hole, knocking over a flower pot, and finally Mmmmmm!  Sammy got some delicious cookies.

Unfortunately for Sammy though the owner of the home made some noise and so Sammy fled the scene.  But Sammy knew forever where to find deliciousness.

A few days later Sammy came back to the window.  This time Sammy saw the dangers of where he/she was going.  He was scared.  But the thought of delicious food helped him keep going.  Unfortunately Sammy got to the window only to find it closed.  He even went inside the screen.  He tried digging.  He could see a chocolate bundt cake and wanted some.

But the window was never to be opened again by the owner.   It was tightly closed.

Then, Sammy was blinded by a bright flash.  Again and again.  The mean house owner was taking pictures.

Poor Sammy will never get any more cookies.  And now he/she is going to have eye problems because of that blinding flash.

P.S.  Said mean owner of house wishes she had C's pellet gun so she too could shoot the squirrels through her window.
